Africa Estate is a new company that provides high-level expertise in real estate sales in South Africa. Our customer service philosophy is unique. In a philosophic sense Africa Estate has three distinct customer groups: sellers, buyers, and agents. We wish to establish a successful partnership with our clients, our staff members, and our title companies, that respect the interests and goals of each party.
Africa Estate was established by Principal Louise Fourie. Louise is better known in her region as the so called "Queen of Farms" and is suited and able to assist you in today's fast paced market.
Africa Estate has contact with many independent and larger corporate agencies throughout South-Africa and through this experience have grown good rapport with many different types of Estate Agencies over the years. In turn this means they all get repeat business from both Clients and Candidates.
Africa Estate dealt with a huge variety of clients and properties. Africa Estate deal with First Time Buyers with no deposit to people who are on their 10th investment property to add to their portfolio. Africa Estate deal with people who have late payments on their existing mortgage and want to move or sell to help them out, to people who have been bankrupt in the past. Africa Estate deals with high price properties worth hundreds of thousands of rand; Africa Estate deals with commercial properties and specializes on farms and development land.
10 - 15 Years from now, Africa Estate will be as well known as any in the world – something in Real Estate that has significant change South Africa’s envisioned future of Real Estate and what we aspire to achieve in South Africa. Africa Estate will signify a first of its kind in Africa and will provide the new glue that holds Real Estate in Africa together.

Working together with big and corporate Real Estate Agencies initially was valuable in both training and experience. After been awarded as the Best Agent several times, decided to go into developments and started Africa Estate.

The effective and successful administration of Africa Estate will be one of the corner stones of our Organization. We take great care to ensure that the correct procedures are adhered to. Our administration is backed up by a comprehensive Computer Software Package, which has been specifically written for our industry. All reception/secretarial needs are managed by Meriska Fourie.
Business of international trade has become more challenging and competitive, and management need to equip and update them. Meriska is currently studying in the international management sector to advance more knowledge and obtain skills necessary to grow our business, and better serve our clients to keep them coming back. Meriska will help generate vital cross-border relationships leading to substantial international business opportunities.

Day-to-day operations
