Africa Estate was established by Principal Louise Fourie. Louise is better known in her region as the so called "Queen of Farms" and is suited and able to assist you in today's fast paced market.
Africa Estate has contact with many independent and larger corporate agencies throughout South-Africa and through this experience have grown good rapport with many different Estate Agencies over the years. In turn this means they all get repeat business from both Clients and Candidates.
Africa Estate dealt with a huge variety of clients and properties. Africa Estate deal with people who have late payments on their existing mortgage and want to move or sell to help them out, to people who have been bankrupt in the past. Louise Fourie has gone to great efforts to create an efficient structure for management of this business, geared to achievement of strategic goals in various market segments.
Louise is qualified as a CIPS, TRC , CRB, and TRAIN THE TRAINER professional, under the guidance and teaching of the most qualified international Realtor trainers : Manfred H. Chemek the CEO of MANHELM International, Tony Macaluso and Ric Giumenta of Palm Beach, Florida, USA and Drexanne Evers, Carlsonville, Ohio, USA.
Working together with big and corporate Real Estate Agencies initially was valuable in both training and experience. After been awarded as the Best Agent several times, decided to go into developments and started Africa Estate.
